This page exists for one thing: collecting the project brief you choose to send me. There's no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind, and only what you actively type into the form is collected.

What I collect

When you send the brief, I receive the details you provide, which may include:

Contact details — your name, email, and business or organization name
Project details — what you need, goals, budget range and timeline
App or system details — the job it should do, how it's handled today, who uses it, features, and tools or data it works with
Brand and design preferences — colors, typography, tone, direction, imagery
Reference sites — URLs and notes about inspiration or competitors
Technical preferences — platform, SEO priorities, content and support needs
Anything else you choose to add in the notes

Nothing is collected passively. There's no analytics and no behavioral tracking on this page.

How I use it

Your brief is used only to:

Review your project requirements
Prepare a plan or response
Discuss your project in follow-up conversation

It's never used for marketing or profiling, and it's never sold or shared with third parties.

How it's processed

Your submission is delivered by Formspree, the form service that emails me your brief. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Your brief is seen only by the people directly working on your project.

Cookies

No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used. The only cookies that might be set are strictly necessary ones from Cloudflare to keep the site secure and available — they don't identify you or track your activity.

How long it's kept

Project briefs are kept for up to two years to support ongoing client relationships. If your project doesn't proceed, your brief is deleted within 90 days of our last communication. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time — just get in touch.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it.
